Capito for Congress
Shelley Moore Capito is currently a member of the 112th Congress and represents the Second Congressional District of West Virginia, spanning from the Eastern Panhandle to the Ohio River. Shelley is one of two Republicans and the only woman serving in West Virginia’s delegation. Shelley was elected to United States House of Representatives in the fall of 2000 and has consecutively served the district since.
